Scenario
Marcus runs a Sunday league side. Three people used to text him whenever someone showed up late. The totals never matched.
He creates a Fine Tracker group from the football template. Preset fines already cover late training, cards, forgotten kit, and no-shows.
He shares one invite code in the team chat. Players join free. Only Marcus pays $2 a month because only he issues fines.
After each session he bulk-issues the same fine to anyone who was late. The leaderboard is the wall of shame. The pot funds the end-of-season meal.

FAQ
Do my players need to pay for Fine Tracker?
No. Players who join with your invite code sign up free. They can see their fines, dispute, and mark paid. They cannot create groups or issue fines.
Can Fine Tracker collect the money from players?
Not in this version. Fine Tracker is a ledger. Players settle however the club already does: cash, transfer, or the treasurer's usual method. You mark the fine paid when it lands.
